PUPPY KINDERGARTEN, OBEDIENCE AND SPECIALTY CLASSES
PUPPY KINDERGARTEN

Our program of early training is a very gentle, positive approach to learning and problem solving.

*Classes are open to puppies 9-16 weeks of age
*Classes meet 1 hour per week for 6 weeks
*You must have veterinary proof of current vaccinations

During this critical socialization period of your puppy's life, they learn life-long ways of relating to their world. It is important that they be exposed to as many positive experiences as possible.

In our fun and structured classes, your puppy will have the opportunity to play with other puppies and interact with many different people. We also introduce your puppy to the basic commands of sit, down, stand, stay and come, on a level that is appropriate for young pups.

During this 6 week session, you will have many opportunities to ask questions you may have about your pup's behavior and other common behavior problems.

We will help you build a trusting and responsive relationship with your puppy.

**Please note that you do not bring your dog to the first class.

BASIC, INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED OBEDIENCE CLASSES

These classes help you develop better communication and a stronger bond with your dog. Obedience classes are the first step toward that well mannered companion you were hoping for when you got your pet.

Basic Obedience classes are open to dogs 5 months of age and up who have shown no signs of aggression.

Intermediate and advanced classes are open to dogs who have completed the basic course and are ready for greater challenges.

*Classes meet 1 hour per week for 6-7 consecutive weeks
*You must have veterinary proof of current vaccinations.

Our Basic Obedience course covers the commands SIT, DOWN, STAY, WAIT, COME, HEEL, STAND, LEAVE-IT, WATCH ME and PLACE.

We also discuss common problem behavior prevention and problem solving in all of our classes.

**Please note that for the Basic Obedience class, you do not bring your dog to the first class.
